Ab Circle Pro Review - Does The Ab Circle Pro 2010 Build Washboard Abs?
In a saturated market for all kinds of ab machines, advertising especially on television and the Internet can spell the difference between
sinking into anonymity and dominating the field. Well, it seems that the makers of the Ab Circle Pro 2010 had this in mind so much that it
is arguably the most heavily-advertised piece of ab machine today.
But despite the heavy advertisements, many an Ab Circle Pro review points to the demerits of the system that can
outweigh its merits. Add in the often ridiculous claims in relation to flat, sexy and rock-hard abs and you may want to reconsider yet
again.
Then again, with its excellent production for the commercial starring Jennifer Nicole Lee, who happens to be a great fitness model, you
probably will be taken in. On that point, we cannot blame you either.
So, how is the Ab Circle Pro 2010 supposed to work? Well, you place your hands and knees on the appropriate rests on the machine
so that you are on a hands-and-knees position, akin to a crawling position. As such, your legs and feet are dangling in the air, in a
manner of speaking.
Now, you glide from side to side in smooth movements. The makers claim that this is a whole body workout in addition to targeting your
abdominal and butt muscles. Plus, this is supposedly better for your back as there is no strain on it, unlike in the traditional
crunches.
This Ab Circle Pro review will not be complete without mention of the workout DVD and nutritional guide that comes with each machine.
You will be able to tie up your workouts with the proper eating habits and the right kinds of food to eat.
This is a bright spot in the Ab Circle Pro 2010 because indeed no ab machine can rightly lay claim to providing sculpted abs on its
own. But still do beware of the claim that just a few minutes of workouts on this session will lead to a flatter tummy because it takes
more than just a few minutes to do so.
For one thing, the makers claim that a whole body cardio workout is possible with the Ab Circle Pro. What they failed to mention is that
brisk walking will provide the same results in terms of burning calories but without the expensive equipment.
For another thing, you have to perform weightlifting exercises to achieve a flat tummy. The Ab Circle Pro is in no way a machine
designed for strength training, far from it. But still, for the workout it provides and if you have a few hundred dollars to spare, then by
all means do purchase the product. Just make sure that you actually use the product instead of storing it under the bed.
In the end, it is your commitment to adopting a healthy diet and exercise program that will make for flat tummies, not to mention a lean, mean
and fit body. Just take any Ab Circle Pro review you read with a grain of salt, or any ab machines for that matter, and
your money should stay right where it should be - in products with good value.
